Practical information

Registration will open January 4^th 2026.

Deadline for registration will be March 16^th 2026.

After the deadline we will proceed to a selection among the registered students. Accepted participants will be notified by April 8^th 2026. 

In order to be able to register you have to login with your Sciencesconf.org account, and provide us with a reference letter (send to comp-quant-2026@sciencesconf.org).

Each participant is expected to present a poster on their current research work; a poster title is requested in the registration form. Participation fees (including lodging and meals for the whole periode of the school) amount to 950€. 

We will be able to waive the participation fees for a limited number of applicants. Please specify if you need financial support in your application. A more detailed motivation of your request for financial support should be provided in the reference letter. 

All participants are expected to arrive in the afternoon of Monday, June 8^th (lunch will not be provided on that day). The scientific program will start on Tuesday morning, June 9^th, and end with the morning session on Friday, June 19^th, see program for a detailed schedule. 

The School opens at 15:00 on the arrival day, Monday June 8^th; It is important not to arrive on the site
any earlier, as the buildings are closed before this time.
On the last day of the conference, Friday June 19^th, the bedrooms must be vacated by 9:00 am at the latest.
It is not possible to extend your stay before or after the dates and time indicated.
